Custom Prints

RevLab offers hands-on 3D printing for real-world use, repairs, and one-off builds.

This isn’t a mass print farm. Every request is reviewed and adjusted to make sure the final result actually works—not just looks good in a preview.

You can send a ready-to-print file, ask for changes to a design, or bring an idea that needs to be figured out from scratch.

What you can request:

  • Printing an existing file (STL, OBJ, 3MF)

  • Modifying or strengthening a design

  • Replacing a broken or missing part

  • Custom builds (props, tools, functional parts

Some prints need adjustments to actually work. If something needs to be changed, reinforced, or rethought, you’ll know upfront.

RevLab is a small, hands-on lab built around real-world testing and continuous improvement. Some prints are simple. Others require iteration. If something won’t work well, that will be explained before anything is made.

Pricing depends on the materials used, print time, and complexity.

Typical ranges:

  • Small prints: $5-$20

  • Medium prints: $20-$60

  • Large or complex: $60+

  • Custom design work: quoted per project

Different materials are used depending on your needs:

PLA - Standard
Clean, affordable, and best for general use and display parts.

PETG - Durable
Stronger than PLA. Good for functional parts and light outdoor use.

TPU - Flexible
Rubber-like material for parts that need to bend or absorb impact.

PLA-CF - Reinforced
Carbon fiber-infused PLA. Stiffer, stronger, and more rigid.

PLA-Wood - Decorative
Wood-infused PLA with natural texture and appearance.

ASA / ABS - High Durability
Best for outdoor use, heat resistance, and long-term wear.
